SoftwareHope is committed to absolute factual accuracy. We recognize that software pricing, feature sets, and corporate details change rapidly. This policy outlines our procedures for correcting factual errors in our directory and review listings.

1. How to Request a Correction

If you are a user or vendor and spot a factual error (e.g. incorrect pricing, wrong feature listing, or broken links), you can request a correction:

• Vendors with Claimed Profiles: Log into your Vendor Dashboard and submit product detail updates directly. These are validated and updated on your live profile.
• Unclaimed Listings: Submit a change request using our Contact Form specifying the errors.

2. Our Verification Process

When a correction request is received, our fact-checking team verifies the request using the vendor's official documentation, product pages, or release logs.

Once verified, updates are processed and deployed within 3 business days.

3. Review Edit Requests

To prevent vendor pressure from altering content, reviews cannot be edited directly by vendors. If a reviewer wishes to update their own review (e.g. to reflect software improvements over time), they can do so by logging into their User Profile.
