1. Our Standards for Positive Interaction

Examples of behavior that contributes to a positive environment include:

• Using welcoming and inclusive language.
• Being respectful of differing viewpoints and professional experiences.
• Gracefully accepting constructive criticism.
• Focusing on what is best for the overall business software community.
• Showing empathy and kindness towards other community members.

2. Unacceptable Behavior

We do not tolerate harassment, hate speech, or abuse. Unacceptable behaviors include:

• Defamatory comments, personal attacks, or professional doxxing.
• Trolling, insulting remarks, or baiting other reviewers/vendors.
• Public or private harassment of any kind.
• Publishing others' private information without explicit permission.
• Other conduct which could reasonably be considered inappropriate in a professional setting.

3. Enforcement & Reporting

Platform administrators are responsible for enforcing our Code of Conduct. If you experience or witness harassment or abuse, please contact our moderation team here.

All complaints will be reviewed and investigated promptly. We protect the privacy of the reporter throughout the investigation process.
