In Freshservice, Change Advisory Boards (CABs) are defined under Admin > User Management > CAB by naming the board and adding specific stakeholders. Admins then use the Workflow Automator to build change workflows triggered by actions like status updates or new change requests, directing them to the CAB via an Approval Request node. The approval logic can be set to require unanimous, majority, or single response decisions, after which the Change Manager conducts a final review to authorize or reject the change.
