ConnectWise Control uses a licensing model based on concurrent technicians (or concurrent active sessions depending on the plan). You can create an unlimited number of user accounts for technicians in your console, but only the licensed number of technicians can actively run sessions at any given time. If the limit is reached, a technician trying to start a new session will be blocked until another technician closes their active session.
