In the Aircall Dashboard under Numbers > Call Distribution, admins can access the visual Smartflows editor to configure routing widgets. They can add an IVR widget defining keypress routing logic (e.g., Press 1 for Sales) mapped to specific teams or sub-menus, and append Call Queue widgets to hold callers with customizable hold music. To build cascading overflow queues, widgets are linked in sequence, enabling calls to ring Team A for a set duration before overflowing to Team B and ultimately falling back to voicemail.
