Firefox's Enhanced Tracking Protection automatically blocks thousands of known third-party trackers, social media trackers, cryptominers, and fingerprinting scripts by consulting a regularly updated blocklist maintained by Mozilla. It operates at three levels: Standard (the recommended default, which blocks the most common trackers without breaking most websites), Strict (blocks more trackers and fingerprinting scripts aggressively, but may occasionally break site features), and Custom (lets you choose exactly which categories to block). You can switch levels at any time via Settings > Privacy & Security, or toggle protection off for a specific site by clicking the shield icon in the address bar.
