Pros
- A truly free marketplace offering over 4,000 courses supported by ads, with no paywalls blocking the learning materials or certificate access for basic courses.
- Focuses heavily on workplace safety, compliance, health, and CPD (Continuing Professional Development) certification, which is valuable for HR records.
- Offers "Diploma" programs (20+ hours) which are longer and more comprehensive than single video courses, providing in-depth training.
Cons
- The interface is dated and cluttered with ads unless you pay for the premium ad-free version, which can be distracting for learners.
- Course quality is less consistent than premium competitors; it relies heavily on third-party content providers, so the production value varies widely.
- The certificates are industry-recognized for CPD, but the platform does not hold the university prestige of edX or Coursera, which may matter for academic roles.
